Networking
Computers can be networked for large or small groups so employees, or students or hotel guests or whoever your business serves, can access and exchange information. Engineering design can coordinate which computers are in communication physically and password permissions then provide access to the the permitted areas of the network. Wireless and Local Area Networks (LAN) may be desired for modern business needs and customer satisfaction.
The physical layout of a computer network can be designed to suit a range of team needs and building dimensions. Routers, hubs, and bridges connect the LAN systems and wireless routers, switches and a wireless bridge provides wireless internet frequencies. The networking engineer will provide guidance as to the equipment needs and install the devices and wiring where needed to connect the desired number of computer stations for a LAN network. Maintenance of the equipment or wiring or additions to the network may be a service need at a later date.
